  5.            Published  by  the  U.S.  Office  of  Consumer Affairs, the
  6.          comprehensive booklet tells consumers how to complain and get
  7.          results. It lists the  federal agencies which are responsible
  8.          for  resolving particular  consumer problems  and tells where
  9.          help is available in state  and local governments and private
  10.          organizations. Single copies are free  and may be obtained by
  11.          writing to Handbook, Consumer  Information Center, Pueblo, CO

  16.            This is  the official handbook  of the federal  government.
  17.          Published    by   the    National   Archives    and   Records
  18.          Administration,  it  describes the  programs  in each federal
  19.          agency,  lists  the  names  of  top  personnel,  the  mailing
  20.          address, and  a general information  telephone number. It  is
  21.          available in  most public libraries  or can be  purchased for
  22.          $21.00   by  sending   a  check   or  money   order  to   the
  23.          Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office,
  24.          Washington, DC 20402.

  28.            This  Act  gives  citizens  the  right  to  see files about
  29.          themselves,  subject   to  its  exemptions;   to  request  an
  30.          amendment if the record  is incomplete, untimely, irrelevant,
  31.          or  inaccurate;  and  the  right  to  sue  the government for
  32.          permitting  others  to  see  their  files unless specifically
  33.          permitted by the Act. A complete  copy of the Privacy Act can
  34.          be found as Section 552a of Title  5 of the U.S. Code. Or you
  35.          may order a copy of the  Privacy Act, Public Law 93-579, from
  36.          the  Superintendent  of  Documents.  U.S. Government Printing
